We are using Maximizer Enterprise 9.5 SQL and I have a need to generate Crystal Reports that acquire data from both the Notes associated with Address Book as well as Documents. I have no problems accessing the Notes data from AMGR_Notes_Tbl but see no equivalent table for Documents. The desired result is to list the number of emails, *.pdfs, *.xls, *.doc files have been inserted against a specific Address Book Company or Contact during any measurement period and who by. I have no need to access text or data from within the attached file, I just need to access the column data listed such as Date, Type, Text and Creator.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Thanks

The tables are not necessarily accessible to all users. The views are there to enforce the Maximizer security model. You can build a report against the tables as MASTER, but when you deploy it your users may not be able to see any results.
Ok Gord, understood and makes perfect sense. Thankyou.

I thought it may have impacted something else recently where I am linking a report to a significant number of tables and 48 User UDF views and when the report ran it advised that I had exceeded a limit of 256 tables or something similar. Sorry I didn't record the exact words from the error message. The only way I found to address the problem was to lessen the number of UDF views and split the report into 2.
