I'm looking for a simple add-on that integrates with Outlook, that will take an incoming email, and with a click of a button strip out the relevant fields and dump them as a new contact into Maximizer.

I have several quotation requests that come in from our web site, and it would be nice to simplify the process of adding these new contacts into Maximizer. At the moment it comes in as comma-delimited data and I carry out a manual import into Maximizer after pasting the data into a txt file.

If the fields are labelled appropriately, surely this would not be too tall a project? Or maybe something already exists?

Rather than have your website submit leads by email it would be better if you get a large quantity of them to use an application that delivers them into your Maximizer database. There are several options:

1. You can use the wizard built into most versions of Maximizer to create a form for your website that will help you catch the details. Issues with this option are that while it works it can be difficult to configure for your web server and makes no attempt at de-duplication.

2. Consider CABC's web leads add-on which will provide statistics and email address matching and make it easy for you to import leads into your Maximizer. Click here for details. The only issue you may have here is that this is a chargeable component which includes deployment in the price.

3. The Maximizer suggestions website currently indicates that Maximizer are themselves looking at improving options in this area so if you are on a group or enterprise product and are prepared to wait you may see some improvement in the options available to you.
