We have been using Maximizer 8 for nearly 12 months now. In order to prepare for the 2006 sales year, I am trying to create a crystal report that will display Opportunites based on the followingparameter fields;

1. Objective
2. Close Date
3. Status
4. Opportunity Leader

After the selected parameters have been selected, the report needs to display;

1. Name of the company
2. The defined sales obejective
3. Close Date
4. Address fields (including State and Postal Code)
5. Name of contact (as contained in the address book)

I have created a user defined field that displays in the contacts only called "Key Contact For". This a multiple selection table that displays the 10 product categories we sell.

Therefore, the contact person that I want displayed in my report is to be the one that has a User-Defined field selected in the contacts section, matching the sales objective as selected in the opportunity field.

For example, if an opportunity is for a sales objective called Product A and the corresponding contact in the address book is flagged for Product A in the User-defined field called "Key Contact For", then this is the contact that should display in my report.

I am about 90% complete however the problem is that instead of the single contact for product A displaying, all of the contacts relative that company display in the report, thereby causing duplicate entries. I have tried every combination of table linking/subreport linking that I can think of but unfortunatley I am at a dead-end. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
