Dear,
We recently installed Maximizer CRM 10 Group Edition including the WebAccess licenses in our organization.
Now we like to have our own Webshop and we like to use the E-Store Manager/Server for this.
We bought this packet by CRMNed in Holland, but this organization is stopped with selling of CRM packages.
Everything is working well (MaximizerWebAccess, MaximizerCustomer, MaximizerAdmin, MaximizerPartner) IIS is functioning well!
But if we go to the LoginEstore module we see the following error:
The problem is something with the Address Book, but if we go to the web.conf (IIS) config file inside the “LoginEStore” portal folder there is no possibility to choose a address book for this portal.
So we thought we have to setup first something with the “E-Store Manager”, but if we run this tool on our server (E:\Shares\Maximizer\E-storeManager\ MaEmgr.exe) we get the following errors.
We get also this errors on the server and workstations if we run the manager.
We see this errors on more than 1 machine. (don’t confuse about the program path’s, we used more machines for capturing the error messages)
We don’t know what to do now.
Our office network:
- Windows 2000 Server (IIS 5.0 and SQL Express 2005)
- 3x Windows XP Workstation (SP3)
I hope someone can help us with these problems.
