Email Campaign

Hi
I am using Maximizer 7.5 on Win 2000 server & Exchange 5.5 with service pack 4 (For Both).

My problem is with the current address book i am unable to sent email campaigns. Its showing 'In Progress'. For testing purpose I created another address book under the same server settings and the email campaign works fine. In both the cases i was using the Master username.

Tell me where I have gone wrong or what is the solution.

Launch the Administrator module, open the address book in question, then check

File > Preferences > Email Service

and make sure that "Activate automated email" is selected for that particular address book.
