Hi,

I am new to this forum and maximizer and I require a bit of help.

When one of my maximizer clients attempts to send email through maximizer all the line breaks are removed. The email client software we are using is thunderbird.

The problem look tlike this

A couple of points :

1) Make sure in File > Preferences > Email > Advanced you've got the correct emqail client set up (not sure what it should be with Thunderbird)
2) In File > Preferences > Email you may want to try checking and unchecking "Compose using Email Client's Editor - it may be that Max doesn't play well with Thunderbird
3) When using Outlook with Max, Max ignored the default email format and always starts with it as raw text - you have to use Format . HTML to change it manually for each email; this is an acknowledged bug and you may have to do something similar with Thunderbird
