I am working with Maximizer 9.5 and Vista, using Outlook 2007.

When I reply to an email message that has more than one recipient Maximizer crashes with the Vista message "Maximizer support file has stopped working". The message reaches Outlook's Outbox, looks fine and Outlook sends it without any problem.

The Windows Application Event log shows:

Faulting application MaxApp.exe, version 9.5.1707.980, time stamp 0x45da8771, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp 0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000af1c9, process id 0x14c8, application start time 0x01c7750cd2ddeba0.

Any ideas?

I am having this problem as well. Max 10.5 with Outlook 2003. Maximizer screen goes very odd looking almost like Windows 3.1 then it crashes with a maximizer support issue. It references maxapp.exe and ntdll.dll
I have had many issues with Maximizer 10.5 on local machines and terminal services. Has anyone else had problems terminal services?

Thank you.
