Hi,

We have Max 7 set up on our server so my employee and I can access a central database.

We're running into 2 problems:

1) emails we're sending through Max are not "registering" under documents - they are being sent (can see them in Outlook), but not noting/saving the email with the contact. I've run into the same thing with sending letters. We send a lot of emails and letters, so this is a problem. How do we fix? As an fyi, we are right clicking the contact and choosing "send email" vs. using the email icon on the toolbar.

2) When viewing emails in the email screen, hitting "View --> All Email" is not pulling up all of the sent emails. How do we fix?

Thanks!

No, that's actually a good thing for you because you won't have do deal with the annoying little "A program is trying to access your Outlook..." message every time you try and send from Maximizer.

So we've established that your Outlook is installed as CW. Can you see your complete folder list in the left pane of the Maximizer E-mail window, or do you just see the Inbox?
I see the whole shebang.

New email issue: My employee sent out a proposal last week using the Editor feature (since we have a standard proposal email letter). It showed up that she sent the email in Documents for the contact, but she found out the hard way that the email didn't actually go out when the client called to say he didn't receive it. This was a real problem given it was a proposal and we had a deadline! What could be the problem?

Thanks!
