email printing

I am finding a problem in printing the email messages saved in the address books. Occasionally I can print but most of the time I can click on the print button but nothing happens.

I am using Maximizer 7.0

Haven't had that specific problem as I've never printed an email. However, usually when nothing happens after I click a print button I find the printer is not defined under File > Page Setup.

Printer configuration was done but when you click on the print button it doesn't print.
