If you are using Campaign Manager to design your html you should use the insert image button from the toolbar to place the image within the document. Almost certainly the actual html you are pasting along with your image is incorrect. For best results avoid cut and pasting into the design window as this will quite often result in you placing invalid html within the document. It is much better to create documents from scratch to ensure all the html is simple and valid.
