error after new install

Hi, We are running Maximizer 7 and have recently installed it on a new computer. We got the database moved over just fine, but now whenever we try and click on one of the linked documents (word, excel) the whole thing just shuts down! Is this a pathing issue perhaps? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I believe that maximizer 7 is not supported in windows XP. Havint said that, you might want to locate the main executible file of maximizer 7 and set the compatibility back to windows 98.

Not guarantee to work, but worth a try

We are using Max 7 with XP and have since Max 7 came out, so that's not the problem. Given that, I would not try to set any compatibility with the main Max executable - to be honest, I have never heard of such a thing before. Personally I think it is a pathing issue, but that may require a Business Partner to assist with it.
