Error code 1021

When trying to open or add an addressbook I get the error code of 1021... Any ideas?? I have searched the web but no answer... I have preloaded pervasive which allowed me to actually open Max but still not able to open an addressbook..

Hmmm... Couldn't find anything on Max's support site on this error message. Taking a quick look at Pervasive's error listing, this is how they describe that message:

1021: The MicroKernel failed to initialize

Are you sure you're seeing the Pervasive pre-load icon?
