Error Code 51 - Previously Protected Database

I'm running Maximizer 7.5 C/S Pervasive. I have an Address Book that is protected with an Address Book password. Since changing the Address Book password, I get Error Code 51 "Invalid Owner" on the following files:

- "Customer Service Cases" file
- "Knowledge Base Articles" file
- "Configuration" file

I don't use the Customer Service module, nor the Knowledge Base module. It may have been installed and/or configured in past Maximizer installations that this Address Book came from.

When I change the Address Book password, does could it be "missing" these particular files because those modules are not installed on my current installation?
