Error when installing Maximizer 9 Live Update

Throughout the day, MAX LIVE UPDATE pops up and indicates I need an update for my Maximizer 9. I have tried to intall the Service Release 1 update many times but it uninstalls it when finishing and indicates I have a later-version update. How do I stop the annoying pop-up?
