We are using Maximizer Enterprise 8. One of the users on our network has started to encounter the following error messages whenever he EXITS Maximizer:
Error Code 11
An INVALID FILE NAME error occurred on the 'Transaction Control' file.
Error Code 8020
An unidentified error has occurred on the 'n/a' file.
Any idea what might be the cause of these errors and how I might fix them?
All of the other users can use the program without error.
