export fields with more than one value

Hi, I am currently using Maximizer, version 6
I am trying to export some records so that I can use elsewhere.
I have some user defined fields, and one of these fields has more than one value in it.
When I export the record set, I find that it only takes the LAST value in the user defined field, and I know for a fact that there should be more than one value there.
Is there a way that I can get all the values in that user defined field?
