We are trying to export data from maximiser 7, and it is giving us the companies but not the named contacts. We have tried to produce a report of the address book but again it will not give us the names. Can someone please help?

If you have a list of all companies in the main address book window and are running the export from there then you will only export the companies.
If you also wish to export the contacts then you can retrieve them as well by clicking Edit>>Select All, then Search>>Retrieve Contacts.
I would make sure that Company Name is one of the fields you are exporting though otherwise there will be no way for you to easily identify which contact relates to which company.
