Exporting from Max8 to Outlook 2003

As the title says I am trying to export my contacts from max to outlook 2003. I am also trying to synchronize outlook with maximizer. I am aware that later versions of Max supports easy synchronization with outlook but we do not want to upgrade our software. Is there any way to accomplish this export with the available software? Thanks
