Exporting from version 7

I am working for a company that has a couple of their salesman using Maximizer v.7. We are trying to export their contacts into a CSV spreadsheet and are having difficulty do so. I am having trouble finding the instructions to do this that works. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This should be very straight forward though I usually ask what are you trying to do with the data once its exported? It is very frequently the case that it is easier to do the thing you wanted to do with the data inside Maximizer.

In principal:

1. Make a list of the contacts on the screen
2. Select file/export/addressbook entries
3. Choose .csv and location
4. Select the fields to export

Please note that Maximizer 7 is now a very old product and the current Maximizer 12 product includes features for quick exporting to excel. Upgrades are available from Advoco Solutions
