Fatal Exceptions on MXMAIL97.DLL

Help!!!

Got a user who keeps getting:
Fatal Exception on MXMAIL97.DLL whenever email window is opened on Maximizer 5.5

They recently installed Outlook Express on this machine and since then they have got thie message. They have un-installed and re-installed BOTH Outlook Express and then Maximizer but the problem persists.

I have tried copying the dll from another machine but this does not help.

Has anyone got ne ideas or fixes please????
