I have 10 names to add to a Favorites list. Right now, I am searching a name, adding it to the list, searching the next name, adding it to the list, etc. This is tedious.

I would prefer to search all 10 names at once, then add them to the list with one operation.

Is there a way to do this?

Thank you!

Thanks. That doesn't work for me. Using Maximizer 9, by the way.
I cannot select the entries all at one time because they are contact working for many different companies. So they don't appear in my upper window at the same time.

I was hoping there would be a way to search for each contact, then add it to a list of the contacts I have already searched for. Then, when I have all 10 names, I would turn them into favorites.

But I cannot find a way to add contacts searched for to the contacts I have already searched for.
Rooster's option would require you to do a 'View | All Address Book Entries' while in the address book. You could then select any of the contacts you want.

However, it sounds like you would like to do the following:

1) Create a new favorite list or open one already created.

2) Lookup the contacts you want to add to the Favorites. You can do this either one-by-one or by a lookup if there is common criteria. If doing a lookup, make sure you choose 'add to lookup'.

3) Once you have all of your contacts in the list, go back to View | Favorite Lists, choose the list you're trying to update & choose Save.
