Favorites List in Maximizer 10.5 - Personal Lists

To test the use of a favorite, I set up a few. Then, I went to a colleague's Maximizer and found that my favorites were in the colleague's favorites list. How do I just save favorites to my own Maximizer setup? If the default for all favorites to be shared by every work station, how do I change this?

It appears some of the clients in the database were set up with acces being public and some set up as not. Then, the right to modify files had been extended to everyone. The side effect is, if you take out the right to modify files, about half the database vanishes from view of individuals. If left as it, favorites are publically accumulative. I have entered the swamp of access rights, privileges, and shares. Any suggestions?
