I have Maximizer 9 and after just a few weeks am building up long lists of notes and documents for companies and associated contacts. I recall when first installing it (and indeed they are on the "free online demo") little filter buttons on the Notes/User Defined Fields/ etc tabs. However, I seem to have altered mine so I can no longer see them. I've checked through the user guide but can find no reference to them.
Can anybody tell me what I need to do to get them back?
Also, when having an individual contact highlighted is it possible to see notes and documents relevant to just them rather than the whole company?

Good Morning,

This should be fairly easy to sort out. If you click on View>>Toolbars in Maximizer and double click on the 'View' toolbar, make sure the box marked 'Visible' is ticked and make sure the Location is set to 'Docked in Window'.

That will re-enable the toolbar. Once that toolbar is enabled you will see a tick box in the Notes window called 'Show All'. If you untick this then you will see only notes relevant to the currently selected Company or Contact. The same setting also appears in the Documents tab and can be used in the same way.
