Finding "like" companies

Is there any easy way to find duplicate companies that are "like"? For example "Bloggs Limited" versus "Bloggs Ltd".

Alternatively could one globally edit all the "* Ltd" entities into "* Limited"??

Hi Keith,

This sounds like a job for Maxfeed de-dup module. You can get an evaluation copy from our website at www.cabc.co.uk it makes decisions based upon the addresses and names of the companies in order to rate their likelyhood of being duplicates, you can then ask it to merge all records which are marked as probable matches etc.

Thanks Nick, That looks like it's just what we need. Is the single user licence per PC or concurrent user?
