Floating Icon Bar will not stay in PLACE...

Hello,

Ever since we did the Max Update, the Icon Bar will not stay in Place on the Left Hand side. Set the desktop up so the Icon Bar will stay on the Left Hand Side, have the settings so it SAVES ON EXIT, get out of MAX, restart Max and once again, the Icon Bar is again FLOATING...

Any help would be great...
