folder password

Does anybody know how can I get to the base to change folder password. I'm a new admin of maximizer, and the guy who had been doing it before was fired and nobody know the pass. Is it possible to get ther somehow, i.e. restore backup,..

We can remove or find passwords as a chargeable service, we have a standard form that I could send you.

We will however have to verify the authenticity of this request with your senior members of staff and owner of the database, as well as getting permission from them to go ahead.
