At our company we have Max7 and are using Outlook 2002.

It has been seen in these forums that Outlook needs to be running at the same time to have email integration. This is fine, and we can view our emails in Max7 and send and receive.

What happens when we want to forward an email ? it tries to read it from the Outlook Contacts folder ! (we are trying to use only the Max database)

Does anyone know how we can use the max database for forwarding emails ? That sounds logical when you talk integration, but I can't find how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated Smile

I concur with Jake - when forwarding an email there's no facility to select a Maximizer addrs bk entry. We've used Outlook's contacts as we are only forwarding to staff 99% of the time so it hasn't been an issue much for us.

However, we also use Maximizer Link for a Palm handheld and I believe (and we're going to test it) that there's a way to during synchronization to have Outlook also store the contacts stored on the Palm and in turn Palm gets its info from Max. This would be a round about way to accomplish what your after.
