Hello Maxusers.

We have installed CRM 11 a few months ago. We are currently experiencing some difficulties when we want to forward an email to someone else. It looks like the receiving user does not receive the actual email that was forwarded to them.


Any good soul out there that can help with this?

I am assuming that you are refering to the appearance of the email. Users of Maximizer 11 have found that ensuring emails arrive in the same fonts as you thought you created them in can be quite fiddly and CABC do have available a guidance note which we can supply if you contact us directly.

We are pleased to say that following feedback to Maximizer Software on this issue it is completely resolved in version 12 which supports default email fonts on a per user basis.
