Freezing up

My maximiser every now and then freezes up and shuts itself down.

Basically it kicks me out every now and than.

Left so many messages with the supplier but answer has been we will look in to it and it has been 2 weeks now. I have sent so many emails of this to them and still waiting for their reply.
