Getting "Fail to get Token" error when accessing the Calendar PAge | Maxtalk

Hi Team,

I am getting the "Fail to get Token" error when access the calendar page. Getting the token gets failed with a message

Request : "https://XX.XXX.XX.XXX:8443/MaximizerWebAccess/Services/AuthenticationService.asmx/GetWebAPITokenWithIdentity"

"Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel with authority \u0027xxxxxxx:8443\u0027."

Can i get anyone's help on this issue. Because we have to updated to 2020 after we fix this.

The calendar uses the Maximizer API to work. This sounds like you need some configuration changes on the server Maxiumizer is installed on. Do you have a valid SSL certificate?

The issue happening in DEV & UAT environments. We need to get it work in the enviornment to get signoff and push it to prod. Where we will have valid certificate with fqdn.

OK, there are different settings for running Maximizer without an SSL and it sounds like these need to be changed. It's not one place and depends what you use in Maximizer.

We have managed to fix the issue. Like you said, it was because of a valid SSL certificate. Later we recieved the services not started error.
