Global Edit of Notes Full/Read Access Max 12

We are trying to globally edit a group of Notes. We want to change the Full Access and Read Access fields of the Notes for one specific user to a group. Does anyone know how to change these fields globally for existing Notes on version Maximzier 12 SQL data?

You can not global edit existing notes in the fashion that you are trying to do.

Assuming you are not running max exchange (or are willing to refresh laptops) we could fix this change for you directly at the SQL level but would need to undertake this as a small consultancy exercise. If you would like us to do this please contact us directly at www.cabc.co.uk
