Make sure that the images you are linking into the campaigns HTML page are accessible to people outside of your network. For exmaple, if you link in an image file that is in your My Pictures folder only you will see the picture, once you send the campaign it will not be able to access that picture file so it will not show in the e-mail.

The easiest way round this is to upload the images you want to use onto your corporate web server and then link to them instead.

Another question i have is about an automated campaign that i have sent out.
When i right click on the campaign and select 'Retieve opened emails address book entries' a window pop's up saying 'there are no address book entries'.
I know that at least some of the emails we sent were opened because we have recieved some replies. but i would still like to see how many have been opened. does any one know why?

Check your setup:

- You need to have Maximizer's Campaign Manager web components running on an IIS server.

- You need to have the "URL of Campaign Manager Statistics" defined in Administrator for that address book. This URL must be accessible by the Internet at large.

- You need to include the "Campaign Opened Email Tracking URL" (pp. 169-170 in the User's Guide) in your campaign Email.
