Help:- Maximizer 12 Entrepreneur, unable to print

We are trying to print labels (which we used extensively in Max 10.) The Print or preview buttons under "Print labels to" remain greyed out.

Within the advanced label set up we are able to select the printer, etc. All appears ok.

Same problem across all workstations.

It is then we notice that we cant print envelopes or reports either. (Printing from the Max word processor is ok.)

Any ideas anyone?

Possibly you do not have permissions to print. Check the section in the bottom right hand corner of the user properties page where permissions to output to different types of devices/formats are granted.
