I think re-installing it would be the best thing to do.

Either that or search for 'mociext.dll' and try re-registering it.

It is usually in C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WINNT\System32, depending on your Operating System.

You might what to try Regsvr32

Go to Start>Run and type;

regsvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mociext.dll"
(or WINNT)

and click OK

Ideally try re-installing though.
