HELP PLEASE !!!!!

Running Windows XP OS, Maximizer Enterprise 7 Client, and Outlook 2000 (Office 2000 Pro). Went to check boxes for Outlook to Maximizer Calendar to Outlook Calendar & Outlook to Maximizer Calendar integration and both boxes are greyed out. Anyone have any ideas on this !!!!!!!

Was it installed during the initial Maximizer install?

It is an option during the install, if you select custom.

It was installed before Outlook and MS Office were installed. Do I have to re-install it now that e-mail client has been installed?

I think re-installing it would be the best thing to do.

Either that or search for 'mociext.dll' and try re-registering it.

It is usually in C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WINNT\System32, depending on your Operating System.

You might what to try Regsvr32

Go to Start>Run and type;

regsvr32 "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\mociext.dll"
(or WINNT)

and click OK

Ideally try re-installing though.
