Hi, Just upgraded to Maximizer 8. The online user manual mentions "print calendars graphically" (page 3, 4th bulleted point). I was hoping this to mean I could print the calendar as I see it on the screen--a monthy view with 30 (or 31) boxes with appointment text showing. I've searched all through the menus and all I can find is printing lists of appointments formatted for various daytimer type planners. I must be missing something.

My recourse, as with previous versions is to do a screen capture and import the image into an image editing program then print or save.

My other question is: in the new Maximizer 8, I am no longer able to move from day to day in the calander (monthy view) or month to month using the left, right, up, down and page-up, page-down keys. Wonder what I'm missing here.

Thanks.

PS. I'm using Maximizer 8 just released in mid-May 2004 (not Enterprise).

I maanged to resolve my own question. Discovered: right click on calendar, click "Print Appointments" and it prints an image of the calendar as seen on the monitor.

I'll leave my ruminations posted in case it helps someone else.

Perhaps still, someone can help me with how to navigate through the calendar with the cursor keys and not have to use the mouse.
