Help with Outlook 2003

I use Outlook 2003 for my email handler with Max 9.0 Ent. I have set up my Max contacts to sync with Outlook. For me this is very important as I use my PC to send faxes, and this allows me to use my Max data for fax numbers, etc.

Most of my Max contacts have gone over to Outlook, but not ALL. There is no apparent reason for this, it just happens. Any tips on having ALL of my contacts migrate over to Outlook?

Remember that Maximizer uses two criteria for identifying the address book entries to be synchronized between itself and Outlook:

1. In Maximizer, the entries must be included in the Favorites List that you selected when you configured Maximizer-Outlook synchronization.

2. In Outlook, the entries must be assigned to the category you selected when you configured Maximizer-Outlook synchronization.

So, if you add new address book entries into Maximizer you must remember to add them to the specified Favorites List to ensure that they are synchronized to Outlook.
