Help with reporting on sales calls

I just bought Maximizer 9 a few weeks ago and now that I know how to use it pretty well I am shocked that it has such limited reporting abilities.

I have a small sales team of 3 people. We do what I call "campaign selling" which means that we flag 40 companies that we are going to call
using a user defined field. We make those calls and I want to be able to report on the "campaign" when they are done.

It seems that this isn't possible with Maximizer. I have several campaigns running every month and I can't report on any of them.

Am I missing something ? Is there an add-on that helps with this?

Maximizer 9 comes with a copy of Crystal Reports XI for Maximizer on a separate CD. CR_XI is an extremely powerful reporting tool that can be used to build custom reports to augment the dozens of pre-defined reports in Maximizer.

However, most Maximizer are satisfied with the reports they can produce in by simply using the built-in column reports, notes reports, and detailed reports. Have you looked at those?

I have looked at them but I can't figure out how to do what I am outlining above.

I want to be able to pull a group of 40 calls that are made by 1 user based on a flag "user defined field"

And report on them.

This doesn't seem obvious to me.

Reports are not obvious, the first step is to do a "search all" that will containt UDF (User defined fields)that you are looking for. Then save that search for later use you can call it Campaign date (date of the campaign).
