hot list 2 users

we have 2 sale people using the same data base. how do I set up the hot list so that each person can access there own hot list info. With 1 hot list everything is merged together and it is cumbersome to use.

log into the database as the user and under the file menu go to preferences. Click on the Calendar/Hotlist tab and adjust the access rights in the bottom left hand corner.
