Hot sync between Max-Palm-Outlook

Does anyone use Maximizer with a Palm or Handspring that also updates the calendar in Outlook?

I use Max for a calendar and want to get a Palm, but my team uses Outlook so I have to keep my Outlook calendar updated with Max and vice versa and would need to Hot sync the three together.
