There are several of us using a same address book and doing sales calls etc. We need to use the hotlist alarms without them popping up on each other's workstations. I used to get around it by getting everyone to use personal hot list task (unelegant). We recently merged with another company who also uses MAX 5.0 and now we're getting peronal hotlist alarns coming up on each other's screens. Any advice is appreciated.
