I can't remember if this button is in Max 7 or not, but in Enterprise 7.5, there is a button called "Deliver Now".

That shouldn't really be needed, though. Max should automatically pick up your Outlook settings. If you have Outlook configured to send/receive automatically, Max should pick that up without having to do anything extra.

As always, make sure you've downloaded and installed all the latest service releases.
If you're using Outlook XP/2002 or Outlook 2003, you will have to have both programs open at the same time. There's no way around it, unfortunately. Microsoft changed the way they allow 3rd party applications, like Max, to connect to their email programs.

If your users are having that big of a problem with it, switch back to Outlook 2000 or Outlook Express.
I guess the problem still exists. I am now using Maximizer 9 with VISTA and Outlook 2007. The outlook folders come into Maximizer and I can send a e-mail without a problem. However, I can't find a way to receive email in Maximizer.
Now if I want to receive I need to go to outlook and do a send/receive. According to the help file in Maximizer I should be able to get my emails.

Please advise what I need to do?
Why don't you, in your outlook options, have outlook perform a send/receive every 5 minutes. That's what we do here.

We don't have any issues with the way this works.

EDIT: Should add...

To enable this in outlook, go to:

Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup -> Send/Receive -> Schedule an automatic send/receive every "x" minutes
