We're trying to import, but many of our companies have multiple locations. If we import and don't check "check for duplicates," it creates a company by location, so if we're calling on say IBM, which has 10 or more locations (we have 800 contacts for IBM alone), we can't see what actions we've taken in aggregate for the company.
However, if we import and select "combine address book entries with the same name," the first address the program comes to for the company is used so many of the contacts have the incorrect address. We have about 15,000 contacts to import (I'm not exaggerating!) and want to be able to review the actions for a company within individual contact records.
Please let me know how to address this problem so we can starting using Maximizer. Thanks!
