Hello!

We're a small creative shop, and the auto signature file options that I've found so far within Maximizer 7 don't look very creative.

Is there any way to add color or use a different font than Arial for the signature? I've tried "appending a text message to auto signature", but I'm not that familiar with text files, so it keeps dropping off the color, font and bold features I add.

Surely in this day and age there's a way to interject a little individual personality into the signature within Maximizer. I'm just looking to jazz up the text, not add our logo or anything Smile

Any suggestions will be much appreciated! Thanks!

Alicia

Don't know if I can help you with the color, but thought I should warn you about abug I recently found with Max 7 auto-signatures. Given you're a creative shop this may affect you.

Turns out if you have auto-signature turned on, the default email format always comes up as plain text. Doesn't matter what settings you have on in Outlook. You can always have the auto-signature come up then manually switch the email format to HTML or RTF, but this is a pain. Multiactive has acknowledged it.
