How to manage automatically the refreshing of a Worlgroug AdressBook in Max 8

I use a Pervasive Wkg 5 users Max 8 and if i need to see the new data entered by a collegue, I have to click on View/all the companies to update the database. on Max 8 it is really a pain. Do you know how to manage it automatically or just by clik on a button (as a macro).

Record a macro to do the View All, then create a toolbar button to run the macro. The macro for

View > Address Book Entries > All Companies and Individuals

would be

[Ctrl 1]
[Alt v]
