Hi, I've been using Maximizer for about 10 years, currently using Max 9 (not enterprise). Something I've never been able to find is, how does one print the calendar? I'm looking at the month of January 2007 and I'd like to print it off and give it to my partner. My only solution is to do a screen shot, paste into a paint program or email and either print or send it that way. Surely there must be a way to print the calendar?

Under File, I see PRINT > CALENDAR book, but that just prints a list of dates and appointments, not a wall-calendar view.

thanks, -Tony

I'm trying to do the same thing with V.10 and can't do it. When I right-click on the monthly view, a drop down menu gives me the choice of printing a calendar book or a custom report. The calendar book option contains no monthly view that'll fit on one 8 1/2" X 11" page. The custom report choice requires you to add Crystal Reports to your Maximizer setup. What am I not doing that I should be doing in order to print a one page landscape-style monthly calendar with one box for each day rather than a list?
Thanks for trying to help me. Unfortunately, when I followed the steps that you outlined, I could only produce a list of appointments, not a "wall calendar" look. The only way that I can produce a "wall calendar" with a monthly view is to go to Reports on the toolbar, click Calendar and then Appointments. This will yield the wall calendar format that I'm seeking, but with one BIG flaw: the appointments are listed, but without the time. I've attached a sample calendar from MS Outlook. I have to sync Maximizer with Outlook every month and then print the appointments. It would be great if Maximizer could produce a calendar like the one I attached with the times of the appointment included. If you know of a way, I'd love to learn it. Thanks.

Hi there, if the process I've outlined doesn't print what you want I'm afraid the only other thing I can really advise is that you take a look at the various print options for the Calendar Books and see if there is one there that might fit your needs.

Beyond that you're in the camp of needing some customer development/reporting.
