How to Export contacts from Maximizer 9 to Outlook 2003
NOTE: I was using Outlook 2003, Excel 2003 and Maximizer 9 for this procedure. I can't guarantee anyone elses results, but it worked for me.

PROCEDURE USED
1. Open Maximizer 9
2. Click > File > Export Address Book Entries
3. Under "Select fields for Export" select the fields you want and click "add" to add them to the list of fields that will be in your .CSV file.
4. Click "Export" and Maximizer will Export those fields that you have chosen into a .csv file and save it to the location you selected earlier.
5. Depending on how many fields you selected and files that you have this part could take awhile.
6. Now this part I got somewhat stuck on, but once I figured it out it was easy. Open the .csv file in MS Excel you will see all your data listed under the appropriate columns. Then just save it under another name in the same directory, or where ever you want!
7. Open that Excel file up and highlite everything from the top left hand corner, A1" down to the botton right until all your data is highlited. Now, click "Insert > Name > Define" and you will see a box come up and in the top small while box you will see the name of the data that is located in cell "A1", this will give your data a "Name Range". Click add, the "Name Range" name will appear in the lower box and then click OK. Save the file and close it.
8. Now open up Outlook and click "File > Import and Export" now select "Import from another program or file". Next select Microsoft Excel. Next click the "browse" button that you see at the top of the page and go to the directory where the file is stored, select it and click next. Now highlite contacts as the location where the file is to go.
9. In the next screen you should see the name of the "Name Range" you gave the Excel file. Click "Map Custom Fields". Outlook may select some of the fields by default so check that the suggested ones are correct and that the ones that Outlook didn't know what to do with you pick your own field locations in Outlook for them.
10. Click next and Outlook will do it's thing.

You should now have all your Contact information in Outlook!

Cheers! Smile
