Use the Campaign Manager component
All so configure your MS Exchange Server (if you have one) as an open relay (this is the biggie).

I have Max Ent 7, so i'm unsure if this is appropriate. But in the File- Preferences - Email, i believe there is a setting to use email editors, etc, this may allow you to use HTML mail.
I would be wary of Open Relays however, as if they are your mail server that is available to the outside world, you can be blacklisted or worse, spammers can send mail through your server costing you bandwidth and money.
