import item list

Does anyone know if it is possible to mass import an item list? I want to preload the CITY field with all the available options. I have it in an excel/CSV format and want to load it onto Maximizer. However, when I try to edit the item list of the city field, Maximizer only allows me to input the data one by one ... and I have 5000 fields I want to enter!
