Import Problems

I am running Maximizer 12 and recently imported 12 records into our sales address book. I noticed that all 12 records were added to my address book (I'm a user with all admistration rights) and to the ADMIN and MASTER users but not to the other sales user's in this address book.
I was wondering if someone can point me in the right direction as to what I'm doing wrong.
