Importing notes from Excel file

Hello, I can't seem to get through to Maximizer support - left 3 voice mails in 3 days and no call back!!

I am trying to import my contact list from an Excel file into Maximizer Enterpreneur 10. Each row contains full contact info, including a NOTES field.

When I map all the fields in Max import, I map Notes (Contact) to my Notes (Excel) field.

The result is that HUNDREDS of notes get attached to various Maximizer contact records - it seems it is matching words in my notes with words in other fields for each row. Some contacts end up with zero notes, others end up with hundreds of notes - it makes no sense.

Any ideas on how I can import the one note per respective contact?

Hi there, this sounds to me like a problem with the source data you are importing. Notes imports are tricky at the best of times but you have to make sure that there are no hard carriage returns in the notes otherwise the import will most likely fail or produce the kind of strange results you are seeing.
